Design Elements
The first assignment in class is just a simple Canva project.
Winter 2020 Semester
This website is going to showcase all the assignments I did in my Content for the Web class.
Content for the Web is a class in Macomb Community College's MACA (Media and Communication Arts) program. The main focus of this class is to explore different types of content for websites.
Cut down the development time with drag-and-drop website builder. Drop the blocks into the page, edit content inline and publish - no technical skills required.
The first assignment in class is just a simple Canva project.
This assignment is an introduction on how to use Adobe Spark. I did my Spark page about Frankenmuth, Michigan.
I did an infographic in Canva talking about endangered animals at the Detroit Zoo
I used Adobe Spark to create a video with an encouraging call-to-action. Mine was about inviting people to go bowling.
I used Blogger to create a travel blog about different things to do at the Wisconsin Dells.
Using Canva, I was able to put an ad on five different social media post layouts. My ad was talking about a book fair.
In this two part assignment; I used Canva to create an online ad, followed by a landing page in Wix. My project was advertising a cloud-based gaming service offer.
The final assignment for the class is planning a website using Mobirise. In addition, I also made a custom Style Tile using Photoshop to get the elements organized.
